The "Sweet Zums" are some Zumbuddies (seen above) that were created exclusively for Internet play.
You were able to purchase them online for a limited time, but there was never a stuffed animal version available to purchase.
... and they never will be available to purchase as stuffed animals...
... but that doesn't mean stuffed Sweet Zums don't exist...
